This is what happens when you try- VERY HARD- not to eat sugar. You run into every beautiful pastry ever crafted and you take pictures of it instead.

Hey Kath - remember - they really look better than they taste! I say that as I just turned my favorite chocolate cake recipe out of the pans. Really though...it's been a long time since I baked - just ask Joe!
